Malojloj watershed

Malojloj watershed is located in the north of Inarajan Village. It has a drainage area of 8.56 sq. miles. The main rivers in the watershed include Pauliluc River, Tinago River, Asalonso River and Aslinget River with approximate lengths of 0.21 mile, 3.06 miles, 2.62 miles, and 2.23 miles respectively. Tinago River and Aslinget River discharge to Pauliluc River, and then to Pauliluc Bay. Asalonso River discharges to Talofofo Bay. The highest elevation is about 443 feet (135 meters) in the west of the watershed. The forest area is over 50%, and there are a lot of badland in the west of the watershed. The soil types mainly include Ylig clay, Akina silty clays, Sasalaguan clay, Pulantat clay,Lulantat-Kagman clays, Inarajan clay, Chacha variant clay, Chacha clay, badland, Agfayan clay, Shioya loamy sand, rock and urban land complex.
