Abstract:
This dataset was originally developed for the purpose of the tsunami evacuation maps and later extended to include all major clifflines on Guam. The lines were digitized on-screen at a scale of about 1:15,000 based on visual interpretation of LiDAR-derived hillshade and slope raster. Cliffs are taken to generally have a slope greater than 60 degrees. The lines only show the approximate extent of the clifflines.
Purpose: To show the extent of major clifflines on Guam.
