Description:

Abstract:

This dataset provides the location of buildings with Official Street Address Numbering on Guam, 1993. This version of the buildings dataset was created by performing a spatial adjustment on the original buildings dataset. Due to what is believed to be an error in the transformation of the spatial reference of the original dataset, the original buildings layer was offset from recent (2004) panchromatic IKONOS satellite imagery by approximately 15 meters. A spatial adjustment ("Transformation - Affine" method) was performed using ArcGIS 9.0 to match the original buildings features with the buildings visible in the satellite imagery.

Purpose:

Provide a coverage of the location of buildings with the official street numbering.
